Return Policy

We will be glad to accept returns of unused merchandise in their ORIGINAL CONDITION:

WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
Full Refund in the original form of payment.

WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT AFTER 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
Store credit or merchandise exchange in the amount of the return.

WITHOUT ORIGINAL RECEIPT
Store credit or merchandise exchange in the amount of the lowest price except Final Sale items*.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
We will accept returns regardless of the purchase date. We may request to determine the defect by an expert.

For any items with any breakage or incorrect items received all claims must be made within 3 days or receipt of merchandise, so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier, and we will replace your merchandise in the meantime. Please contact us and keep all merchandise and packaging material until you are notified to do otherwise.

Please contact us before sending any merchandise return. Shipping fees and or gift wrapping fees cannot be refunded. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. We will refund your merchandise amount back to the original form of payment once we receive the return merchandise. We, however, cannot refund any money if merchandise is returned used, or damaged, or in the event your package is lost by the carrier you use, so ensuring your return package is highly recommended.

*Store Credit for Final Sale items without the original receipt will be issued in the amount of the Final Sale price.
