Ceremonial Matcha is made from the most tender, hand-picked young leaves of the Saemidori cultivar. Compared with Daily Matcha, it possesses a smoother and more savory flavor and a sweeter aroma.
Ceremonial Matcha is suitable for serving in Japanese tea ceremony, welcoming esteemed guests, or indulging in the finest of green teas during times of relaxation.
Premium Kukicha made of young tea stems harvested in spring. Twigs have a natural sweetness, making Kukicha a beloved beverage of many tea drinkers in Japan because of its unique, pleasant flavor.
Packaged in a re-sealable foil pouch, this economically-sized package can be used by tea drinkers for fresh daily enjoyment.
Young spring and early summer leaves come together to make Japan’s most traditional loose leaf tea; Sencha (煎茶). Our Sencha is steamed in the Fukamushi (深蒸し), or “deep-steamed” style characteristic of southern Shizuoka, and then finished with a high roasting; the specialty of the Sugimoto family. The high heat finishing roast brings out a rich aroma and lingering umami finish that is consistent even after multiple steepings. Packaged in a resealable foil pouch, your tea will be kept fresh for months of daily enjoyment.
A high-temperature roasting process turns this tea a rich, toasty brown.
However, the use of green, non-oxidized stems and leaves still places this amongst green teas.
Roasted stems have a natural sweetness and body-warming, roasty aroma, making this is a great evening treat.
An extra-low caffeine content ensures you can still go to sleep afterwards.

Roasted rice, green tea leaves, and matcha come together in this blend to create a brilliant green cup of nutty, toasty goodness. Early summer leaves provide a hint of grassiness, while the matcha supplies a smooth, creamy umami. Half the leaves of Sugimoto’s Sencha means half the caffeine, meaning you can peacefully enjoy all 3 steepings. Packaged in a re-sealable foil pouch, this economically-sized package keeps tea fresh, allowing for daily enjoyment.
Daily Matcha has a bolder flavor than Ceremonial Matcha and is great for use as an ingredient.
Enjoy Daily Matcha in ice cream, lattes, smoothies, cookies, cupcakes… the possibilities are limitless!
